Return and Exchange Policy
Product Return and Exchange Policy:
- If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can do so within (7) days from the date of receipt, provided that all products are returned in their original condition with the invoice attached. Shipping and delivery fees will be deducted.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method within (7 to 14) business days.
After one week from the date of receipt, the customer is not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Due to the nature of the products:
First: Unsealed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Second: Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless a defective product was received.
If the product does not match the specifications, it can be returned without the customer bearing any shipping costs, and the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any of the following reasons:
First: If the provided delivery address is incorrect or the contact details are inaccurate.
Second: If we are unable to reach the customer for delivery.
Return and Exchange Policy for Discounted Items:
No returns are allowed for discounted products or promotional offers. However, exchange is possible for the same order value during the promotion period.
Order Modification and Cancellation Policy:
Order modifications can be accepted through our website or phone, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
If an order is canceled after being received by the shipping company, delivery fees will be deducted before processing the refund
